🌿Staying at the Sanctuary
To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit.

Full refund of deposit if cancelled more than 14 days before check-in.
50% refund of deposit if cancelled 7–13 days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival.
Pets welcome: +$800 MXN refundable deposit
🌿 Retreat Cancellation Policy
To honor the integrity of the container and the advanced commitments required to host retreats, the following cancellation policy applies:
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 30+ days before the retreat may receive a refund of payments made minus the deposit.
• Cancellations made 14–29 days before the retreat are eligible for 50% refund of the total paid.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat are non-refundable.
However, you may transfer your spot to another woman or apply your payment as credit toward a future retreat within 12 months.
In the rare event that the retreat must be canceled by the host, a full refund will be issued.
